The Rotary Club of Navi Mumbai Palm Beach successfully organized an Art Therapy (Music Therapy) session at C. P. Goenka International School, Ulwe, Navi Mumbai, to promote the emotional well-being, creativity, and mental wellness of students through the therapeutic power of music. The interactive session engaged 25 students, providing them with an opportunity to express themselves, relieve stress, improve focus, and experience the positive impact of music on their emotional and social development. The activity encouraged participation, self-confidence, and meaningful interaction in a joyful and supportive environment. The project reflects Rotary's commitment to fostering holistic development and promoting mental health among young minds through innovative and impactful community initiatives.
